Valérie Junod advises Swiss and international clients in the firm’s areas of expertise, in particular pharmaceutical law, medical law and medical data protection.
She is an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva, where she teaches pharmaceutical law at the Master’s level. Valérie Junod is also an associate professor at the HEC Faculty of the University of Lausanne, where she teaches business law, law of obligations and innovation law. She is the author of numerous publications in her fields of activity.
Valérie Junod advises clients in the firm’s areas of expertise, in particular in pharmaceutical law, medical law and medical data protection.

Valérie Junod is also full-time professor at the HEC Faculty of the University of Lausanne, where she teaches business law, contract law and innovation law.
Since 2014, she has been a member of the National Commission for Ethics in Human Medicine.
Valérie Junod focuses her research and publications on administrative law for medicinal products (clinical trials, marketing authorisations, advertising, pricing, competition law aspects).
