The legal team of Junod Halpérin, including twenty-four attorneys, will be anchored by ten partners: Alain Bruno Lévy, Dominique Burger, Matteo Inaudi, Lionel Halpérin, Laurent Muhlstein, Oren-Olivier Puder, Anouchka Halpérin, Zena Goossens-Badran, Selina Müller and Lorine Meylan.

Junod Halpérin will assist Swiss and international clients with matters of business law and private individuals. The firm will represent and advise them on litigation, arbitration and mediation, particularly in the fields of banking and financial law, criminal law and mutual assistance, intellectual property, real property law, planning (estates, philanthropy, etc.), corporate law/mergers & acquisitions, labour law, family law, FinTech, IT and data protection.
The offices of Junod Halpérin will be located at Avenue Léon-Gaud 5, in Geneva.

Hexis SAS, French manufacturer of adhesive films for computer-assisted cutting or large format digital printing, acquired on 7 April 2021 Seyffer CCW AG, in Birr, a Swiss company specialized in the distribution of large format digital printers and consumable supplies. Junod, Muhlstein, Lévy & Puder (partners Lorine Meylan (Corporate/M&A) and Danilo Delgado (Tax)) advised Hexis on this transaction.
